Spice it up cooking class!

~ Appetizers

Shrimp Marinated in fresh Island herbs and spices adding a delicious aroma to start the party

~ The Game

Name that spice! To begin 30 small cups containing various spices and herbs are passed around the room. They can be touched, smelled and tasted.



 ~ Salad and dressings

Hand made dressings and croutons are made from the game cups, and then added to the plate of mixed greens and vegetables.

~ Entrée

Toasting spices and then marinated brats are finished on the grill.

Classic marinara pan sauce is created to teach the cooking of fresh verses dry herbs and whole verses leafy ingredients’. Then the pan sauce is poured over linguini.

~ Dessert

Spiced cupcake decorated party style.
