Easy Carmel Corn

Pop 2 bags of popcorn in microwave and set aside in a large brown paper bag

In microwave safe bowl

1 c brown sugar

¼ c corn syrup

½ c butter

½ tsp salt

Microwave for 90 sec / stir / repeat

Then add (will foam)
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda

Mix well then pour over popcorn in bag
Shake well then microwave 1 min. / shake / repeat

Microwave for 30 sec. / shake / repeat

Pour onto cookie sheet and enjoy when cool enough!
